Year 3 will need a pair of trainers (an old pair would be fine that are OK for use on the field)
* Please remember that children are not allowed to wear watches etc in PE or Games and that ear-rings if left in must be covered by tape. Ear-rings must be removed for swimming.
A named water bottle
All Reception to Year 2 classes have school art aprons provided.
Year 3 – An old adult short sleeved T-Shirt is perfect for protection during art lessons!
All children require a suitable book-bag to bring home learning work to and from school. There should be room for their home-school book and reading book. These should be brought to school daily. School book bags are available from the reception office.
When selecting a rucksack for your child please ensure it is not too large. They need to fit a coat, PE bag and this rucksack on an individual peg! Please ensure bags are named. We have found that children often do not require a bag at all in lower school, just their lunch box and book bag.
A coat or waterproof (named) should be brought everyday. This ensures that your child can go out to play even if the weather is changeable.
All stationery is provided including pencils, coloured pencils, felt tips, glue etc. Therefore a pencil case is not necessary.
Year 3 are allowed to bring a small pencil case with pencils and crayons in.
